Modern Paving is independently owned and operated; we are not some huge impersonal corporation that has the huge overhead of franchise fees.

We have been licensed in Southern California since 1991. We use our own crews, not unaccountable subcontractors. Our overhead is lower so we pass this on to our customers. We consistently beat our competitors' prices by a large margin. We are licensed, and fully covered by workman's compensation insurance.

Our workmanship is top quality, with precision cuts in all aspects of the job. Since we are owner operators, we are meticulous about quality, clean up, and our word. If we make a promise we keep it!
